interesting how long SAS is keeping the money people paid for cancelled flights (04.06.2020; almost 2 months) and regularly offer vouchers instead, stating the refund will take a long time. Can you explain why it takes such a long time?
It's been 5 months and still waiting for a refund after a flight was cancelled. Worst of all, they try to steer you towards dropping your refund request and taking a voucher instead.

I am regular customer .. I fly atleast once a month on business. One time it happened that my wife is traveling with me but we couldn’t manage to book next eachother . Besides that the seats next to me where empty the attendant refused that my wife sit next to me! What a disgrace to treat your loyal customers like sh** From now on SAS is removed from my preferred airline ..
They destroyed my suitcase, it took 3 WEEKS to decide to reimburse me, before that they asked ME to find a repair shop to repair it myself...Unbelievable. Im so disgusted about that. They are not providing a phone number to contact them if you have an issue, the only phone numbers available, are for booking tickets.
