They destroyed my suitcase, it took 3 WEEKS to decide to reimburse me, before that they asked ME to find a repair shop to repair it myself...Unbelievable. Im so disgusted about that. They are not providing a phone number to contact them if you have an issue, the only phone numbers available, are for booking tickets.

I showed up to the airport 1 hour before check in and the self check in machines don't work. I had to go to the check in booth and the old hag working there didn't let me go through because apperantly I had to be there two hours prior. Her attitude was reprehensible, I really don't recommend booking with SAS.
