I called Scandinavian photo 3 times to make sure that I am getting the right product and I did received emails confirming my order. Two day to delivery I received an email saying the camera that I have ordered is not even available and they will returen my money. Customer experience is something scandinavian photo can really work on. They wasted my time. :(
I do not recommend Scandinavian Photo at all! They have the worst customer service! They sell cameras online while they do not have them available in stuck! I bought a a camera and a lot of accessories from them which all were available in stuck in their website. I even paid an extra fee for the fasted shipping to receive the items in 1-2 business days as I am going to travel and wanted to use the camera during my travel! A day after they charged my credit card, they contacted em and said non of the items are available and I have to wait 1 to 4 weeks!!!! They even did not apologize for their wrong information on their website! Now I will not have a camera during my travel thanks to Scandinavian Photo!

I have bad experiences form SF to write a book, but what has always bothered me the most is their inaccurate pricing and fake sales. Litterally just saw on the website a Ninaj Atomos V monitor with a 19% off sticker yet at recommended retail price (same price I have I bought it years ago for and same price it had last week on their on website) But hey, gotta make those newsletters look good.
Unfortunately, I cannot leave a great review this time — the wait time was fine, considering the holiday season. However, as soon as the seller heard that I was interested in used gear, I could immediately see their attitude switch, and they tried to end the conversation as quickly as possible. They also recommend to come to the store in order to value your trade-in gear, but do not have the staff to do that on a Saturday, when the majority does their shopping. All in all, two hours wasted, and a bitter aftertaste left.
Huge selection ranging from basic amateur photo equipment to pro range. Large store with plenty of staff and not very crowded the times I've been there
