I am relocating here with my partner, we came today to obtain more information on a RS6 and an e-tron . We were told that test driving was not possible with other European driving licenses, but the sales person encouraged us to come back with a relative who has a Swedish driving licences, so we could test drive together. He didn’t mention that in that case, we would not be coverd by ANY insurance; I keep asking questions as I worked in the financial services industry until he did say it. This is absolutely unacceptable business practices: encouraging your customers to test drive cars without insurance. On top of that, we had the worst customer experience, no one was interested in selling us either of the above two cars - they even told us to come back the following week because they “were only 2” ... (though we were almost alone in the store). Update: to respond to the garage’s answer, we did have EU driving licences but we were told we couldn’t test drive still.

All I can say is that this center is giving rest of the Audi Centers a bad name. The customer service and the general standard is on another level (none existing).
