Fabulous! Very helpful and friendly. You can test various different instruments at home before you buy. Wonderfully patient and positive in helping you find the right fit. Our family has two saxophones from here. Our band loves to work with Pelle. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are testing new instruments for kids. If you call ahead, they will have several waiting for you to try and take home. Very nice people.
