Incredibly disgusting how this company treats us! I had a debt in the past, paid them in the beginning of the year, no problem about that. Then in July, my husband transfered 2k by mistake to their company account. That happened because the bank information was saved and he didn't noticed. I called a million times to ask them to send the money back to our account. That never happened. Everytime I called, it was a long frustrating time waiting in line, to get told they would \check\ in their system and the money would be sent back. 2k is a considerable amount of money to lose like this. Unfortunately, the company has no other means of contact, just this useless customer service telephone. I'm extremely dissapointed and will have to sue the company for the harm caused to us.

I have received a letter from the for the payment made in 2012 and 2014 , i was not even in the Sweden at that time and my personal number was blocked too . I Returned to Sweden and out of no where i got a letter from them to make the payment , i emailed them and for there feedback trying to call them as well but it never work , kindly suggest me how to proceed with this case :(

I got a letter telling me to pay money but never states what the money is for or what payment i might have missed, so i log in to their website and under \grounds of claim\ it is empty. IF YOU SEND ME A BILL I WANT TO KNOW WHAT I M PAYING FOR!!! opening times are horribl.
