When our cooler fan did not work anymore, they told us the frame also had a crack and had to be exchanged, but we would have to wait for that frame for one week. After nine days, we looked at the old cooler frame and found no damage, also Mitsubishi confirmed the part was in order. The bilverkstad then justified themselves that fan and frame always have to be exchanged together in order not to lose warranty - which is also not true. Finally they told us a story that the crack was in another part but it would be too expensive to exchange it - a mechanic from Mitsubishi found this also to be wrong. Twelve days and the money for the frame lost and its get more expensive that he says at the End.
