Sharkspeed sells seemingly good looking and high quality motorcycle clothing at a good price. What I react negatively to is not the quality of their products, but how they treat their customers. First of all, they clearly use the drop-shipping model at least on some of their products without customers being notified. Doing business this way is of course fine and it's common today. What is not fine is promising a quick delivery when they know it's unrealistically optimistic. My order was partially shipped after 6 days, which is not all that bad, but it's been almost a month and the rest of the order still isn't shipped. I ended up send them a return form for some of the products including the one that wasn't shipped. It was only after sending them an email that they refunded my money and I certainly did not appreciate that I needed to remind them of this more than two weeks after returning. Today, my last product is still not shipped from Sharkspeed a full month after ordering. I sent them an email saying I wanted a refund for that product and that they didn't have to bother sending it to me, upon which they replied that it was ordered from their factory and was going to be shipped to me once they received it. The only correct way to describe this is arrogance. I have to mention that I did not return my gloves and boots which I'm happy with. What saves them from a one-star-rating is the quality of their products.

The after sales service is catastrophic. No more news about my order and impossible to reach them in order to have an answer. I receive my staff after about 3 weeks. The product and price are ok but only 2 stars for the poor services
I'm disappointed from those answers. If you really regret the bad customer service than you should at least write a phone Nummer or an e-mail Adress down here so we can contact you! so we don't have to read the same message all over again. That would make it a lot easier for all of us. Thanks.
Pants were too long so the knee pads didn't fit even though it was \tailored\ to my size. Also bought a jacket which broke within 3 months of total use. I bought it late summer so it broke just a little the first summer. Second summer it broke even more but I didn't have a spare one at the moments so I sent the jacket for warranty 1 month to late. They tried to sew some of the place but not all and they didn't want to replace it. You can see ALL the seams are coming off because of bad quality. If you want a jacket that holds for 1 month then I can recommend this for you. If not then don't buy.
Jacket arrived in excellent condition. Customer service team were absolutely fantastic from the get go and kept me informed throughout the whole transaction. Shipping was super fast. Would gladly do business with again. :)
I love my jacket, I have received so many compliments on it! It is very good quality and the delivery time was great and the customer service is excellent! Would buy from here again!
Like all the other comments below, the size of my gloves was wrong. The customer success did not respond by email, facebook nor through their hotline. Besides, the qualify of the gloves is very low. Save your time and money, find another reseller/vendor.
