Not a great experience. Animal got unnecessary invasive treatment right away, no discussion on the type of treatment possible even though i feel there were options to try first without complete surgery (a drain with complete anesthetic) for treatment of an abses. The drain served no purpose eventually, after opening the abses the animal was already fine. Animal needs to be completely sedated (with muscle paralyser or whatever this is called) even for just shaving and the vet refused to try to shave without. The collar that was given to prevent licking the wound was far too big and on the recipe one of the medicins was forgotten, this was very confusing at the pharmacy. The animal could have gotten less traumatising and much cheaper treatment elsewhere. Wish I had gone to a different veterinarian and will never go back.

Välkommnande och trevliga på alla sätt, hittade snabbt en akut tid. Hade dock lite svårt att lyssna in vad vår upplevelse var av skadan på hunden hade uppkommit, oftast känner man sittfjur bäst. Annars toppen!

Fantastiska som hjälpte till att ta hand en en påkörd avliden katt i väntan att kanske hitta en ägare.
Trevlig och kunnig personal
Väldigt hjälpsamma, tålmodiga och mycket kunniga. Hjälpte min hund på bästa sätt och empatin all personal hade var mycket glädjande.
