Applied for personal number. As we came in the morning for opening time, there were maybe 6-7 people in front of us. We shortly were assisted, however were asked for some additional document, which was not mentioned on website (decision from migrationsverket). Eventually our application was submitted without this paper. Everything took maybe 20 min max.

Mediocre service is what I got. Despite having an appointment I had to wait for well over an hour past the agreed time.
