Absolute disappointment. We paid 1500 for 4 days (3 nights) in a cabin. The Bluetooth keys didn't work in 3 of the days. We called customer service and they asked us to pick up new keys in the reception. We did but the new keys didn't work. Called again and they said they would come and fix it. Never did and never returned any calls. We had to always have one person in the cabin otherwise we couldn't get in. Destroyed our plans since our group could never ski together.

Fantastic service and great slopes. Stayed at Bugelhof hotel, we loved it. Ski in, ski out and relaxing sauna with spa.
