I had a lady on the phone regarding some bracket that I broke. Due to the covid circumstances, I could not go to my usual dentist, so I needed to find a one time backup plan. Without any clear reasons, she was refusing to give any help to a problem that would have taken max 15 minutes to fix. The only alternative she would propose was to Restart my treatment (which is almost over) with them for an expensive price. I am saddened to see so many practisionists being driven by money at such an extent, instead of being helpful and practical, especially in times likes these.. It is impossible to give 0 star here, but I want to emphazise that I would have given 1 star anyway, since the lady was kind. The one star is a special gesture for her.

Väntade i 40 minuter utan hjälp. Flera personer fick gå före mig. Så jag gick därifrån, orimligt att betala för en sådan service.
Har bokat tid som bokats om av Smajla utan förklaring vid flera tillfällen. Har varit klient i många år. Byter nu tandläkare.
