Very happy with the offer and naturally the prices. Online shopping is very easy with fast deliveries. I go here to test out the quality before buying online. Go here if you want to make a bargain Cheap things for your place anything from fabric to furniture and different small storage solutions. Easy to check their site for stock as well and it seems you can reserve items too which I haven't tried yet.
Absolutely the worst experience of my life! I will NEVER buy anything from Jysk ever! They wasted one month of my life! 1. I placed an order in early November for furniture to get in my new apartment in mid-December. They made a mistake with my order but did not inform me. I went 3 times to the store to try and fix it, but it did not happen. Ultimately I lost all trust and confidence in them and cancelled my order. 2. It was not posisble to make any changes in the order over the phone. The standard reply from customer service was: I understand your problem, but only the store can help you. Then why on god's name do you have a customer service? 3. The store is severly understaffed, and the staff do not know how to make chnages. Everytime I went to the store, I had to wait a minimum of 30 mins to 1 hour for them to do something. On top of that the employee called Ali (who made the mistake with the order to begin with), was rude with me when I asked for help. So finally, what I got from Jysk was no furniture in my new aprtment plus added mental distress and frustration as bonus. On top of that, the several hours I lost going back and forth to the store. Thank you Jysk for this!
the price was good but not kind at all when my son needed to go to the bathroom...they said that there is no bathroom for the customers and didn't let my son use the bathroom :(
Inexpensive but nice. We went to different stores to pick a bed and we bought here for price, selection, and quality. Beds goes from cheap to pricey.
Worst shopping experience. Horrible staff and bad customer service. Not recommended.
They sell cheap furniture and other home \stuff\. Not high quality, but given the price, still a bargain.
