Everything went smooth. The delivery was in time. The product quality is very good. Responsive customer service. No complaint at all. It's a very attractive and cool Tv-bänk. The LEDs make it modern and sexy. although I do wish the LED was RGB so you could match it with your surrounding decorations. All in all, quite satisfied.

I don't want to even give one star as Passion Home do not deserve it, but I have to in order to submit this review. I rarely write reviews, but this one is a must as I truly want to make my horrible experience with the company known to potential customers that might be able to avoid the pain they have put me through. To summarise all my issues: Delayed delivery Incomplete order delivered I have to wait another 5-8 weeks for the missing parts to be delivered Rude customer service agent Blamed all the issues on their supplier. When I asked who their supplier was, the agent went quiet and refused to tell me. I then sent an email asking for that information, have still not received a reply. The agent said, nothing could be done, as the supplier is a big company, and if we complain they will just ask us to stop selling their products, that intrigued me even more to know who the supplier is. Someone might know who the supplier is for their JACKY SÄNG 160 VALNÖT. All in all, a very bad experience. To all other suppliers out there, telling your customer that they can cancel their order after waiting 1 month or more for it is not doing anyone a favour, so stop it. Provide honest information on your website so customers can make informed decisions.

I have purchased from PassionHome three times so far and all was good. The first thing was relatively small: a table 4 chairs to my living room, then I decided to buy more from them since the prices are convincing and the previous delivery really arrived fast. After buying few pieces of bathroom furniture, I decided to get something bigger, a huge, dark couch that cost me exactly 45% less than in other places. My concern was that the couch was really big and I was even ready that it would arrive late, but surprisingly it arrived same fast as the other two things. Honestly, I would recommend Passion Home company. Nothing to complain about, they sell cheaper than the others and they are fast and efficient. Maybe for my next purchase I will get a small gift...?
