Easy to deal with and helpful. Asked lots of questions to ensure your cat is fed and happy. Place looked very clean - almost sterile. The cat hostel is around the back of the main house. You can use Pawbo to see your cat (when cat can be bothered). Cat seemed happy enough when we left. There is a set drop off and pick up time, but they were accomodating when we couldn't make that time.
