Very helpful team of professionals working with good entrepreneurs to deliver the best experience possible for the population of Sollentuna Munocipality. I have always thought that they do great work, and that they keep Sollentuna modern in comparison to a lot of other Municipalities in the Stockholm Area.

Too expensive Internet cost. Moved from Stockholm to Sollentuna recently. And I have to pay much more than before for the same 100M Internet speed, even though it's same Internet provider, Telenor. This is unreasonable price difference.

As underlying infrastructure internet is so-so. DHCP server seems to crash from time to time. And the traffic shaping is way to harsh. When I talk to them they tell me to talk to my operator. My operator is asking me to talk to them. Obviously the shaping is done by SEOM but they fail to understand this. At least from customer service. Apart from that, all is fine.

It feels like you are actually discouraging customers from sorting through the rigid rule of using a very unpractical paper bag and threatening that any loose trash found in the bin will be followed by a fine. I'd like someone from SEOM to come on visit and show us how to use this paper bag invention without losing trash on the way.

Oengagerad leverantör som tyvärr inte förstår att sätta kunden i fokus. Man håller inte utlovade tider. Installation av fiber är tyvärr uppdelad på flera leverantörer vilket komplicerar ens arbete som kund att planera. SOEM har svårt att informera ens internetleverantör om när det är dags att driftsätta internet med fiber indraget. SOEM utnyttjar sin monopolsituation på ett fräckt sett. Kommunens gatukontor grävde för några år sedan upp gatan utanför vårt hus och då tycker man att de borde passa på att erbjuda de boende bra pris för att samtidigt passa på att dra in fiber men SOEM visade inget intresse för detta!
