Leaving my car Friday morning for warranty service, when coming back in the afternoon they inform me car is not ready due to failure in their software. They recommend me to walk around or come back Monday! After a debate I get recommended going to their car rental service to see if I can get a rental (not clear at this stage if they cover it) once at the counter the guy is many things but friendly isn't one of them. Arter 15min i get a call car is done! When taking it home sensors in the car is acting extremely strange. So I call them, after being told several times it's my own fault, they suggest I might can come back Monday again. Like customers life's circles around them, that was the general feeling I got from them.

Contact with phone is hard, my salesman almost never answers his phone. I have to call through call center and then some colleague fetches him on the phone. Contact with e-mail is also slow. I paid for the car (from Finland) at 4.10. and they have received the money at 5.10. yet even today (10.10.) the salesman said they had not received the money. We had to call their finance department ourselves to handle this matter! And when we were arranging for the pick-up they told us that the car needs to be serviced. We've been making this deal for weeks and they inform us of this service at the day of pick-up? Incredible. I hope the car is at least decent. Not a good experience.
