Recently bought a few items from the store, they gave a good amount of information and were very helpful, at the end they threw in a free apron as a gift. The prices are a bit on the high side but luckily they had a few running sale discounts saving quite a bit on the original price. Since most of these cast iron products are so tough they are usually an item you buy for life, they also came with life long warranty. (as long as you save a picture of your receipt that is) After the purchase one of the spatulas had a defect but this was replaced without issues. Great after sales service!
