O my godness what a horrible experience. Went there with a person with finger cut and bleeding. The lady inside was talking with person (was not patient) for like 10 minutes without ignoring the line outside. And then with bleeding finger you need sit and give all the detail so that can enter with a speed of snail. The image is attached below

They are doing the best they can in unique circumstances. Many people getting tested for Corona Virus Covid-19 in this section. Be patient.

I can't describe the frustration the nurses at Närakut Haga cause. We went from concerned but super smiley to \we will never come back to this place if we don't absolutely have to\. It's a too long story for a review but a recurring topic seems to be that they will try to send you home instead of looking at you in the most disrespectful ways possible. Just infuriating and hard to find describing words for this place/the people working in service here.

I was suffering from severe headache and fever since 2 days; Ward centralan insisted me to visit Närakut Haga. So, I went there approx 7pm. They immediately assigned doctor and took urine and blood samples. They examined all the samples in less time and told me about my problem. I was suffering through great pain so they given me Injection and told to sleep for some time. I had really good experience with them! They are very supportive and friendly :)

I have arrive here at 10.40 am with my daughter, with a pain on her stomach. There is 3.07pm. And I dont not yet what she have. Because no one have see us yet. Only on the reception. I'm now on a waiting room since 12.40pm. Can you believe that? Almost 3 hours. I ask about how long I must to be here. And they say that today it's an special day. With to much people. My daughter has not eat anything since this morning. I dont know if she can eat or not. Not doctor. No one to say anything. No one to see my daughter. Its incredible . 3.14pm. Nothing yet\u200d️ The treatment of the reception personal, is the most worst that you can imagine. They are indiferent. They don't listen when you are talking. I really don't know where I am. It's this a really an emergency center? I'm still here. With the difference that the Doctor have already see my daughter and she was nice. Now waiting for a blood test result.

I had to go there because I broke my foot (fracture). I stayed there about 4 hours. The positive part was the x-rays. They man who was responsible for that did a really good and careful job. However, I was disappointed by the the nurses. They said it is a small fracture, they only gave me a bandage and ask me to walk immediately. No painkillers, no advice, no tips and they didn't even tell me what to expect, they just sent me home. I had to go to another hospital the next day to get a proper treatment since the fracture was not that small....
