Very friendly and helpful staff. I got my watched fixed for free and when I seemed surprised they laughed with the words: "we always care for our customers." I went away from the store with a smile and a watch as good as new.

Otroligt dåligt kundbemötande i den här butiken! Rekommenderar inte alls att shoppa där. Så låg och oprofessionell service har jag inte varit med om någonstans. Skulle inte kunnat tro mig att en sådan urdålig service kan finnas fortfarande och särskilt i Mall of Scandinavian.
