Living close by. There are screams coming from this adress, agonizing screams about how they don't want to live there, how they want to go home. Screaming \please plaese please\, \I hate this group-home\... When I first moved it I wanted to call the police because there was no information at all about this for the neighbours - although we can all clearly hear it. I understand the kind of limitations the people living there have - but there has to be information about a group home being there - and frankly it does sound like a horrible place to live.
