Had a non-emergency operation here. It was very difficult to get information after it got postponed for six months due to Corona and I had to call four times on the day before to get accurate information. Luckily though when I arrived, everything went great. Nurses were friendly, the surgeon came to talk to me personally both before and after the operation, I received good aftercare information and was given painkillers and even coffee and bread when I woke up. Compared to my previous eye operation, I really felt respected and cared for. It would have been nice to have magazines or radio in the waiting area though, as sitting in silence for 45 minutes between putting on the gown and going to theatre was quite challenging!

Really good eye hospital. Doctors and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a really bad eye infection and they sorted it out quickly.

Very bad service despite I went to emergency i was sent to some arab dr in solna who never knew what to do. Racial profilling is done, dr from arab lands are most under qualified and all forigners are sent to them so they can do experiment on us.

Bunch of useless unprofessionals occupied the hospitals by sending you away even when you hold a legit recommendation from other doctor to emergency. Swedish government are encouraging all doctors to not spend resources on patients! Very disappointing service!

I went there with a partial retina detachment and after a few hours waiting they checked my eye and told me to come back the next day for surgery. Every hospital in the world you know to expect to sit there for a few hours waiting. This hospital is great and have very friendly staff and I have been told it is one of the best eye hospitals in Europe. Open Saturday and Sunday to 4pm if you have a serious problem, phone first also open for emergencies

Absolute unhelpful. Waiting time is approximately 2 - 3 months. Doctors seem to make inclompete notes and do not accept opinions from doctors working outside the clinic. Unable to answer the simplest questions. Would strongly recommend to go to an other institute. Personally I do not understand how it got any good reputation.
