I love this game so much I mean they genuinely care about what there players want, they come out with updates every week and even let non star riders be star riders sometimes. I do wish that star riders payment was lower, or there was more times I could play as star rider. Other than that I love this game so much!!!!!! Love that you can train your horse and become better bonded. If your trying to see if this game is right for you, or your child GET IT this game has given me a way away from drama of life. This game is so good you don't even have to be a star rider if you don't want to be. I recommend it to everyone it's so good. I also wish that the horse you could by some for Jorvik Shillings but it's how they make money I guess. Those are only some reasons to get this game.

Game used to be a joy to play in 2015. Updates were actually fun, and they didn't recycle as much content. You now have to pay about 65 for a lifetime membership and you don't even get extra bonuses besides some in-game items with no good stats. Another thing that bugs me to the most is that they can't take absolutely any criticism and that shows. Didn't like a horse's animation? We'll use it again just to prove you to we have the power to do what we want.
Absolutely horrible game compared to others with the same price. It also has way too expensive in game purchases.

Great game for girls, abysmal support. My 8yo daughter loves this game. I've played a character too, to play with her, and we've had fun. It is a wonderful, and safe, MMO for girls. However, the support is atrocious. You will always, always get a canned copy-and-paste reply which ignores what you asked about. It always takes multiple, pained, exasperated follow-ups to get the dismal help-desk support staff to bother to actually read the question or issue put to them, rather than just lazily copy-and-paste the first keyword-matching answer. These guys need to learn a big lesson in customer service from Blizzard. Another thing to be aware of is that unlike most every other MMO all quest progress - even that you have the quest at all - is lost when you logout, or if the game crashes. There are also a number of bugs, some bad quest designs, areas where your horse will just get stuck and cannot move, and other problems. There is also a very high, and disappointing, constant encouragement to have girls spend the in-game premium currency, which, of course, costs real money. Still, most could be tolerated except the lousy, and lazy, support.
