All happy with the airline, good service they actually called me once when there were a minor issue. (How many airlines do THAT nowadays?) Pleasant flights, with personnel that obviously care. Fourth place on my list, which means I will be all happy to fly with China Air again. I've never had any problem with China Air so I cannot say if they follow the IATA rules for compensation or not.
