We rented prior via Budget a first class SUV. On arrival no car in that class was available. And all other options where unacceptably. The service was inefficient and lousy. They had keys for cars not being there. Gave you the wrong key, and so on. Thus we cancelled the whole rent and went to their neighbour and payed much more less than before. After a phonecall we got the whole money back after 5 workingdays. Budget: Never ever again.

Efficient airport operation, shuttle bus from Stop 4 at Terminals 2/3, runs every 7 minutes or so.

Stay away from them. After returning car in perfect condition, GUY WHO CHECKED CAR SAID EVERYTHING IS FINE. After that I was charged for \Fuel missing\. Rode 200 km, and they wrote down that half fuel tank is missing. Are you seriously??? This is absolute scam. STAY AWAY OF CHECK EVERY DETAIL
