One star is too generous. Norwegian Airlines has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I travel around the world often and have experienced bad flights from many airlines, but Norwegian is the first and only airline that I refuse to fly ever again. I had to deal with their "customer service" team via email and received the poorest level of service I could possibly imagine. They refuse to take responsibility or address any of my concerns and their level of response is worse than childish. They seriously behave like bully toddlers and do not deserve to have the business of humans. Do not give this airline a minute of your time or a penny of your money. They don't care about their customers and it shows.

I had a trip with them that I canceled from February to this moment, and after canceling my flight, the Norwegian airline is asking to pay the dues of the canceled trip before it starts seven months ago? What is this failed system !?

har flugit med Norwegian många gånger och det har fungerat hur bra som helst. Bra kabinpersonal och bra service. Fräscha plan. Man får det man betalar för. Bolaget är kanske lite för generöst med handbagage. Många resenärer har för många kollin.
Sämsta bolag ja flugit med. Dyrt, inget ingår om du ej betalar mer. O dår det inget lögprisbolag längre. Min vän blev nekad o köpa en öl nör han druckit 3 innan. Kan påpeka att han kan dricka 20 utan o bli otrevlig. otrevlig personal. Dålig service en liten tjej frös då fick hon betala för en filt. ja vad mer kan man klaga på.? Ryanair e tamefan bättre. Vi åkte olso krabi och krabi sthlm. Aldrig mer.
