Customer service and/or company policy are useless in Covid-19 situation. I have asked very nice and very polite. But in these difficult times they refused to cancel a non-refundable ticket for full refund for 1 person. So they are right on paper. However this means 0% focus on customer. Me, as a customer have connections to 3rd party restrictions and cant do anything. In result our whole 7 member family will abandon any SAS services in future. Hope you are really happy to have our 208Eur, enjoy. Your voucher is useless for us. Good luck SAS, never see you again!

Got to the airport 3 minutes after bagage check in closed due to immense traffic when travelling within sweden. The security refused to help me get my one bag on board any way possible since they had to ''pack the flight and my bag wouldnt make it''. While repacking what i could to my backpack he recieves a com over walkie talkie and says ''its chaos on check in'' and laughs audibly. I am the only one there. After a 30 minute wait to board i arrive at the flight while personal START packing the flight. When contacting customer support i recieve the answer ''thats becuase they have to pack the flight''. No apology, no service. nothing. This is my first review and i can safely say that while i have had good experiences before i have never been so insulted and felt so poorly handled when paying 170 euroes for a flight without food or water.

Skulle resa ARN-EWR i slutet av april och resan blev inställd. Nu 4 månader senare har vi fortfarande inte fått någon återbetalning. Till och med Ryan Air har betalat tillbaka oss för resan i juli i år. Tyvärr inget annat än att gå till Allmänna reklamationsnämnden och hoppas få upprättelse där

vor 10 Minuten Jätte dåligt organiserat! Jag och minst 15 andra passagerare har missat flyg eftersom SAS jobbade för långsamt på check-in. Har stått typ 1 timme i kön, har sagt tidigare att jag vill hitta mitt flyg, men de brydde sig inte. Stora diskussioner efteråt o de sa att det var fel från Lufthansa, inte SAS. Men fakt är, att de visste att många personer behöver boarding kort eftersom deras self check in terminal och online boarding funkade inte!
