Good place to study communications

Terrible communication, or lack of it thereof. How ironic, since this is a \school of communication\. I am still waiting for the school to get in contact with me about a year-long course subscription that i won in September. It's almost 6 months later and i still haven't heard from them. They did not even bother to answer my e-mail. Terrible!
