It was a long stay in Biz apartments and the stay was very pleasant. Nice ambience and staff were very friendly. Its located in very good area and many decent food options are near by area.

This is not a review for the hotel, this is for the restaurant Fandado. Very good food and hard to choose of all different dishes. Maybe a little pricey and not so fast to get them out. This is a new place so I'm sure this will change to the better. Finally a new and good place to eat in Hammarby Sjöstad!
I have a awesome experience except for couple of things, otherwise I would not mind to give 5 star.
I spent here one work week, I was very pleased about the stay. The hotel was very comfortable in all aspects, helpful receptionists had no problem to provide invoicing swiftly, call taxi to Airport which was exactly at the time I have asked for. The hotel suite with kitchenette was spacious as well as sunny, cozy, absolutely clean, no troubles at all. I was surprised about the size of the entire suite which was really big in comparison to the other hotel rooms/suites. Same big the bathroom, clean with big shower. Breakfast not bad, not perfect, i would say average with all the stuff you would like to have for breakfast, no complains. Internet connectivity stable & fast for free. Location of the hotel was good for me due to Office distance, also additional bonus is the highest hill in Stockholm close to the hotel which offers great view all around. One of my best stays in Sweden to be honest.No complains at all.
Due to Corona, we would have expected some kind of cooperation between both sides, guest and location, to find a fair compromise for both. We have never expected, that BIZ would not move any millimeter from their position and insisted on charging us the full price, even that we informed far ahead on time that we will not be able showing up - not even offering the possibility to us to reschedule the booking. They rather played ping pong with our booking platform about who should be the point of contact for us as guests. We can understand that current situation is challenging for everybody and we definitely would have loved to come at time scheduled (if our flights would not have been canceled) or at a later date (when borders will be open again), but just receiving the answer that the location's management strictly reject any kind of goodwill compromise in this special situation, made us deciding NEVER going to a BIZ location in the future. We prefer sharing this experience with others to make you aware, that this is a place, guests definitely are not in the focus of interest!
Nice hotel, decent size of a room with kitchenette. Also very clean. Tasty breakfast in the morning. Just one negative thing - no parking space.
Excellent hotel. Rooms and kitchenette are too good. One star deducted only for lack food variety in breakfast.
It’s a place to stay for a month feeling like is ur own place. The location is quiet and brand new. 5 minutes walking from the tram or bus. Lovely.
