Wheelchair-accessible entrance
Love their products. But sales people are too pushy. A sales rep told me that “right now we have this special offer for a limited time only” - even though they always have that offer, or at least for the past two years when I’ve been buying my stockings there. Some honesty and space would be a nicer sales technique.
