Staying at the Lady Hamilton was one of the highlights of my stay in Stockholm. The cobbled streets and guards marching for the changing of the guards at palace and ringing of the church bell next to the hotel transport you into an entire different world. I also had afternoon tea which was delightful! The breakfast was delicious and I adored the tea stations on each floor. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely, old hotel with a lot of charm. My room had lovely decor, a nicely updated bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The high traffic area of the room nearest the door was in need of some attention. It was clean, but there was noticeable damage to the walls, furniture, and carpet that gave it a bit of a shabby feel. A little time spent touching up paint and steaming carpet stains would go a long way. The sauna in the basement should not be missed if you stay there! I also found the free breakfast very nice: fresh, filling, and a good range of choices.
A wonderful hotel, with a very friendly atmosphere. Some rooms can get a bit too hot during the summer. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate available at all times on the floors and in the lobby.
Wonderful quaint hotel in Old Town! Highly recommend. You can't stay any closer to the Royal Palace with out an invitation! Very nice staff. Great breakfast. Hotel is filled with beautiful antiques that the owners have collected.
Fantastic location in Old Town. Convenient to walk back to and rest during the day of sight seeing. Comfortable room, breakfast is delicious and staff is very helpful and friendly. The price is worth it!
Lady Hamilton Hotel, the place we stayed at Stockholm, is the most unique boutique hotel I have ever been in. Every corner of the place is decorated like a museum or gallery, and their breakfast buffet spread which offers traditional Swedish stuff were the best I've ever had. Other selling points include their location at famous tourist spot Gamla Stan, with Nobel Prize Museum, medieval church Storkyrkan and souvenir shops just a few steps away, and their friendly and accomodating staff. We also had the chance to try the sauna which is free but need to be pre-booked. Highly recommended for those planning to visit Stockholm. More ideal for solo travellers and couples, not sure how big the family room is.
Great boutique hotel on Gamla Stan. Lovely style, good price, comfortable room with all the necessities.
Beautiful hotel in the best possible location in stockholm, right in the center of gamla stan. Hotel is named after lady Hamilton, the wife of one of the early american presidents. There is a strong nautical theme in the hotel. Breakfast is okay but the best thing is the sauna. There is an original 17th century well used for bringing water that is now converted to a soak bath for the sauna.
