Not ever have I trained and enjoyed myself so much before CrossFit Medis! As times goes by I love training more and more because I feel supported, included and motivated. I was never one for group workouts before Medis, but the coaches are so focused on your personal progression that you feel individually supported throughout your whole journey. In addition, being new to Stockholm, this is a great environment to feel included and where people legitimately care about you and your development. Language is never a barrier - whether you're an English or Swedish speaker (or Spanish or Portuguese!) there is no barrier - everyone includes you!

Dropped in for a class whilst visiting Stockholm. What a great box! The coaches were exceptionally knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome right from the start. I'll definitely be back when I visit Stockholm again!

Best Crossfit experience ever!! The coaches were fantastic! From talking with other members I understand that every coach is very attentive to each person's form. Everyone made me feel incredibly welcome! As soon as they knew where I was from they immediately spoke English (perfect English!) and the coach ran the session in English.

Dropped in for a class. Couch there was super professional, made sure I understood every part of the class (all other athletes were local but me). The place is huge and has all the gear you need. I had a great time!
