I purchased a new car from them and the experience was quite correct. The verkstad at Din Bil Hammarby (at least for Vokswagen) has always been above expectations every time i needed their help maintaining my car (Golf VII 2016) or repairing things under warranty. Some small misses (things that were not totally fixed, etc) but a great friendly and professional attitude always made me feel like an appreciated customer. Even in some grey-area situation, they prioritised me and the brand before anything else. Top notch and kudos to them. Would absolutely recommend them, specially compared to other service places from the same brand which were awful to say the least.

Getting the car clean after the service will not make a high cost for Audi dealer, my car had a big service and oil change which cost more than 10'000KR and we got our car dirty after Two Days åt service.
