My 8 year old son had three of his baby teeth which did not loose at all while his permanent teeth already grew in behind. He was referred to this specialist clinic for teeth extraction and we were really happy with the treatment we received. Nina, the caring dentist and Gioia, the dental nurse with great sense of humor took very good care of my son everytime we visited. Nina was very patient and professional in explaining and consulting the procedures as well as different options to us in order to find the one that best suited my son since he was quite scared and nervous in the beginning. Thanks to Nina and Gioia, our whole dental experience was very pleasant. My son was so glad that all of his three retained baby teeth came out at ease without any pain and he is no longer afraid of going to the dentist, which is a blessing to us. Thank you for your excellent and child friendly service .

I wrote my complain 2 times to 2 different people. I went to your clinic 3 times to get my money back. Nobody helped me. Nobody responded me! I book an appointment to a Suha Ashraf. I clearly wrote on the booking page that I wanted to know estimate prices for my treatment. Doctor was 15 minutes late. Doctor said \I can't give you prices because I have to look at your X-Rays. Bring me your X-Rays and I will call you back\. The appointment took 3 minutes. She did nothing, and I paid 430 kr for this. Because I believed that she will call back. I gave her my X-Rays, but she never called me back. I didn't get what I wanted. I came to your clinic just to know prices. And I didn't get prices. I paid 430kr for nothing. I want to get my money back.

Jag är verkligen supernöjd över alla mina besök på Distriktstandvårdens olika kliniker i Stockholm. Jag lyfter på \hatten\ och säger varmt tack för kunnandet, den glada, vänliga attityden, logistiken och samarbetet mellan all duktig personal, tandläkare, tandhygienister och specialister. ;o)

Kände inte att vi fick någon bra upplevelse. Kvinnan verkade stressad, förklarade dåligt, avbröt när man ställde frågor osv. Kändes mest bara som man var till besvär och blev dumförklarad. De var inte speciellt pedagogiska vad gällde barn heller. (En av kvinnorna var trevlig, men minns tyvärr inte hennes namn). Hade förväntat mig mer av Distriktstandvården Östermalm eftersom personalen i Handen är helt ljuvliga och otroligt proffsiga. Är såklart otroligt tacksam för hjälpen man får, men det är så tråkigt när man känt sig dåligt bemött.
