Renewed my prescriptions through the app on my way home in the train and it went as smooth as is could. The doctor was kind and asked me relevant questions. I think what I liked most was that I felt in safe hands and still had the freedom to renew them so quickly without having to see a doctor over and over again.

When turning to Doktor24's customer support complaining about my Covid 19 PCR-test that never arrived to me as promised, they quickly answered, admitted that a delivery error had occurred and compensated me with an antibody test for free instead. I think that this was a very good and nice way of handling a failure, and so they managed to turn me from being an upset customer to a forgiving one.
Its a fake app, money robbers. They show everything free and they send you a 10000sek credit bill, You can't reach them over phone and they don't even response to the email. don't use this app.
I like the concept of doktor24. I am satisfied with my experience. It's totally free consultation (as of now, July 2020) and you can get a prescription. I chatted first with a nurse to assess my problem/health issue. She asked me to fill up a form to get into details. Then, she asked me to wait for my turn to chat with a doctor. I was 32nd in the queue. It probably took 20-30mins waiting time (Don't worry 'cause they will send you an SMS when it's your turn, so you don' t have to be on the same webpage all the time. ). The doctor came and chatted with me. He had already the assessment the nurse gave, but of course he asked me further (basic questions). He precribed me a medicine directly. The thing is this digital health consultation is best for those who don't have complicated problems that need further assessment/evaluation/lab tests.
Easy/intuitive to use and much better than having to take a day off work to refill a prescription!
I've been in a chat consultation for an hour, and now they have \connection problems\. An hour of my day wasted, with no results. And i'll probably have to pay for this.
Jag upplever att man aldrig kan få hjälp i appen, utan alltid hänvisas vidare till vårdcentralen. Jag har aldrig fått hjälp direkt av Doktor24:s sjuksköterskor och läkare.
Jag har min till förvåning sett att doktor 24 kommer ta betalt, 300 kr för vaccin vad gäller säsongsinfluensan, även för riskgrupper. Jag förstår inte att man mitt i den pågående Pandemin, när man säger sig vilja skydda sårbara människor, fattar ett sådan beslut och bara ser till plånboken. Människor sliter ihjäl sig inom vården för att rädda liv, lågavlönade riskerar sin hälsa inom äldreomsorgen. Riksgrupper är äldre människor, och förmodligen även andra som inte har råd att betala de 300 kronor, som vaccinationen kostar. . Cyniskt, skamlöst och oetiskt är vad det är. Samtidigt dör faktiskt människor också av den vanliga säsongsinfluensan och vi behöver inte belasta vården i onödan just nu. Christel Östfelt
