Horrible experience. Don't order from from them cause they are a fraud. Your items will never arrive. And if you ask for a refund no one is going to answer. I ordered at the beginning of January and they should have arrived on the 13th and it's nearly mid February and my items are not here. Apparently its ups is fault. I asked for a refund because by the time they arrive they will be too small and no answ

I would like to warn potential buyers from Elodie Details - I am very disappointed over Elodie Details Support team. Got a package with my order and 3 items were missing in the package. Contacted them immediately after opening and got no reply from them in one week, after sending them 3 e-mails! I paid for 7 items and received only 4. If you don’ want to risk, I suggest not to waist you money with Elodie Details.
