Good coffee both hot and iced with tasty pastries. Service is really fast and good and you can understand well even if you don't speak Swedish. Prices are quite expensive though and I would rather recommend Starbucks if you wan gourmet coffee. Toilets are very nice but located inside Sheraton. Only thing I didn't like about Espresso House is how small it is inside the space.
Splendid service and amazing experience. Everything from coffee to the enviroment was spot-on. The lady behind the counter was incredible, love her energy.

Little bit strange to find this chain at the hotel. Próbably win win for both parties. Good coffee and excellent hot cocoa if you dare to try. Calm and quiet place as well dedicated staff. Sometimes you must wait to get you order so be aware of that. Highly recommend this coffee chain
