I had my Flyte bulb for years until a magnet stopped working preventing the bulb from levitating. Considering I had passed the warranty period, I sent them a not too hopeful mail explaining the situation. I was convinced they would never grant a free repair. They did ! Their follow up was second to none, they replaced my broken base with a brand new one and took care of all the costs (including carrier). I just got it back, brand new and working. Feels like I receive this beautiful present for the first time. Good job and thank you.
