Wow customer service..... är du på riktigt?? At this rate I will probably die before I actually get someone at Folksam who will help me with this.... I applied for life insurance online. The form stopped me and said I needed to call in so I called in and they said I should apply online so I went back and this time it continued. After completing, if you want to choose someone specific to receive money if you were to die, you need to fill in another form.... I asked on chat for the form in english, I didn't get a reply for a while so I carried on with my work but when I returned they closed the chat.... I tried again on chat and they said they would need to post this (this is 2020...?) so I waited, but nothing came... I contacted on chat again and they asked me for my address again and I waited.... it came in Swedish.... I contacted on chat again and they asked me for my address again, I waited, but nothing came.... I contacted on chat again and they said I need to call them instead to order the form now as they can't order on chat (this time?). So I call in and they tell me the form is not available in english, and that is that.... I said what is a customer to do now? He said well you can try to translate it. I paused and he continued then to say actually we can support you when you have the form, I said actually I have it right here good to go so he forwarded me to another person who would help with this and while I waited, the phone was hung up. Still as of today.... I haven't been able to change this. At this rate I will probably die before I get to change this....

Maybe the worst Insurrance company in the world! You may not be able to the get your money on damage at all. When I send them an email about buying insurance, they will quickly reply in minutes. But when I want to report damage cost such as the cost rental car during car repairing. There is no way to upload receipts like other insurance companies, and no way to report the cost at all. When I send them any email or submit a question form from the web-site for reporting the damage cost, they never replied. I have sent over 10 emails or message through both email client and website, never get replied. When I call them for reimbursement, they always immediately transfer me into a long que waiting (seems no one answer at all in that waiting queue. Once, I put my phone aside and wait for more than 3 hours, still 68 in queue). They just don't give client the way to report damages properly. So you may never get you money of damage cost back according to the insurance contract then.

Never call back or inform you about the standings in damage cases to me and when you call nobody is really reachable who can help you..
