I am surprised with so many bad reviews but they also look focused on a specific doctor. I have received help for food allergies (mostly preservatives in food what is pain and trees) in a really good way including blood samples, also with a dermatologist for a check on moles. I always had good responses and even when one day there was a confusion with a cancelation and they took me in anyway.

Worst treatment I have ever received from a doctor! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. They should have their license taken away, the receptionists are rude and snotty, the doctor/owner Pontus is the devil incarcerated. Avoid at all cost

Had an appointment with Pontus to get a blood sample taken. Was hurriedly sent off to a nurse, that after taking the blood sample didn't apply a band-aid to the vein, but rather folded a napkin and applied tape. After pointing out that the tape wouldn't hold it, she applied more tape. My arm still hurts a few days later, but no infections!

Service, tillgänglighet och samarbete känns som nyckelord för denna vårdcentral. Det är mycket kunskap samlat under ett tak och jag har fått hjälp här när andra sagt att det är kroniskt smärta. Personalen är mycket duktiga och serviceinriktade. När någon berättar om problem brukar jag alltid tipsa att höra av sig dit. Att vårdcentralen ligger nära tunnelbanan höjer betyget ytterligare i miljöaspekt.

Första gånger var jag i vårdcentralen. Jag var där 5 min. läkaren var stressad och känslan var att han vill gå nåstans och bli av med mig. Han var inte förbered så var det inte idé att driva en konversation fast det var inte länge sen kom jag ut från sjukhuset. Jag söker vidare en vårdcentral som vill lyssna och hjälpa mig.
