Great service, quick and friendly. Would recommend!
Charged 250 sek for passport photo. Didn’t even come out nice but was barely allowed to retake the photo (30 second effort). Not happy with customer service, result or price.
Fast — 5 minutes. A bit pricey, but you get what you need. Was the only place near the embassy that I could find that does US passport size photos. Was worth the 250 sek for me.
The have no clue
They charged us 300kr for a set of 4 baby passport photos that do not fulfill the passport requirements (e.g. baby with open mouth). They spent 1’ with the baby and said they don’t want to spend more time because babies are hard to take a photo and ”these things take time”. We found this very unprofessional and rude. Mentioning we came from Gothenburg with the baby for a passport appointment with the embassy didn’t seem to touch them and suggested to take the baby and go to another photo shop a few train stops away (in the rain) if we want to take them properly. They said we should finally pay for the photo even though they were unsure if they were ok for a passport. Overall personell was very unhelpful and unpleasant. Date: 11 September 2018
