Went in this Friday for an urgent matter, burning sensation, maybe it was a urinary tract infection. I was in pain. I did not have an appointment, but assumed the lady at the front desk could squeeze me in given my pain and urgency. Well no, no appointments, one doctor that day. First available was two weeks away. No compassion, no trying to find solutions. She told me that most gynecologist offices closed around Stockholm and they're so busy. Well why not fix this problem and hire more doctors???. Isn't it HER job to get women taken care of, with a sense of urgency and empathy?????. Just completely useless. People should NOT be in the medical field if they can't problem solve and follow through. Thank God doctors in the US are resourceful and competent. I called my old doctor there and he prescribed anti biotic for my dad to bring over. The health care system in Sweden is made up by process that are antiquated, robots (people) who don't dare to problem solve or find solutions or make things better. PATHETIC PRACTISE. by the way, the practice website says it opens at 8 am on Friday. Well the door was LOCKED FOR thirty minutes. Who knows where the lady from front desk was....

Went twice with the same diagnosis and got sent away with nothing more than medicin for a yeast infection despite having symptoms that seemed far from it. After getting worse and worse I got a third time and again they insisted I pay for the visit despite them wasting my time and making me more I’ll by not taking my symptoms and illness seriously. Terrible clinic with no empathy for their clients and I would certainly not go back there ever again. If I get long lasting problems due to the lack of care I will even press charges. Ps this is the first time I have ever ever written a bad review but when someone is ill especially us women and vulnerable enough to seek care, that needs to be taken seriously and with the utmost sensitivity. I seriously lacked that in this clinic and write this as a heads up to other women.

Sara är utan tvekan den bästa gynekologen (om inte den bästa läkaren) jag någonsin haft. Enormt inkännande, förstående och tar ens problem på allvar. Jag har blivit bemött fantastiskt bra alla gånger jag varit där, både av Sara och av receptionspersonal. Jag kommer aldrig söka mig någon annanstans.

Bland de värsta upplevelserna jag någonsin haft! Kom dit och skulle träffa en av gynekologerna. Hon sa knappt hej när jag kom in och var så sjukt otrevlig och kort i sina svar. Gjorde en undersökning som inte ens tog fem minuter och suckade över att få utföra den. Ville knappt svara på mina frågor och var dryg och otrevlig då också. SISTA GÅNGEN jag sätter min fot i denna mottagning. Ni borde byta ut er personal mot folk som vet hur man är mot andra människor eller stänga ner!
