Beautiful place to spend your evenings and early morning walks. While the frozen lake during winters provide adventure possibilities, summers are often lively. It’s all about picnic and sailing. Quite famous within joggers from nearby localities.

This is a beautiful part of the city of Stockholm, almost like a beach strip. The place allows for people to swim in the water, as well as sunbathe at the sideways. It can be quite crammed with people during peak summer but before that it's perfect for a picnic or a hangout with friends.

Perfect summer swimming location for confident swimmers. Plenty of pontoons, grass space and nice clean deep water to jump into. Always refreshing and fun. Be sure to bring some food for a picnic

Perfect place for a picnic, but during most warm days the park is crowded. You can take a swim as the water is clean. The park is really clean as well. There is not much to do for children as there are no entertainment for children near by. I recommend buying a disposable grill, and barbecuing on one of the small pears during the evening. Or taking a jog along the water a warm summer evening. There is a grocery store nearby and a lot of restaurants/bars in the area. Parking can become a problem if you want to park near the water. But you can find underground parking near by.
