Did not like at all the attitude of the doctor. I asked her sth and she replied that my appointment is over and she needs to have lunch. What a helpful gynecologist!

I was a bit late because I was ill that day, the receptionist was very rude to me and the doctor will not even see me, spare a bit of her lunch time 10 minutes will do. I drove 45 minutes while very ill to get there and she did not even have the courtesy to accommodate me. If you are truly ill, you need compassion, some emphathy from health care providers, not arrogance.

the visit to the dr was fine but unfortunatly i was remitted to a clinic for the procedure that did not actually do this. they did have an option but for that they only had time in a some weeks and this is urgent. also, they received zero information about my case from viktoriagruppen. if i wouldnt have called in beforehand to double check what was going on i would have gone there only to find out i had nothing there to do. i have since then tried to get a hold of viktoria gruppen and have spent 1,5h today on the phone without result.

If there were negative starts, i would give them. I should have checked the reviews before booking a time. Worst doctor i have ever been, destroyed an ongoing treatment and cause irreparable damages. Dont go there, close this place.

Bra bemötande och lyhörd personal. När jag förklarade att jag var orolig och nervös inför undersökningen fick jag lugnande medicin och de var extra varsamma och förklarade allt de gjorde stegvis så jag var med hela tiden. De tog mina problem på allvar och jag kände mig sedd och hörd. Små väntrum, lite trångt, men städat och fräscht. Det var lite knepigt att hitta dit så ta med dig brevet med kallelsen där du har info om olika gångar, hissar mm.

Väldigt bra bemötande. Gynekologen där har jag träffat under flera års tid och kommer inte att byta ut henne. Mycket bra.

Jag tyckte den kvinnliga urologen var trevlig och kompetent. Hon gjorde en cystoskopi på mig, jag hade mkt svår smärta pga undersökningen (mkt ovanligt enl läkaren) men trots mina höga skrik var hon lugn, samlad och saklig under undersökningen. Jag fick förtroende för denna mottagning, inklusive receptionisterna. Hoppas bara inte det var ren tur.....när man läser en del andra recensioner blir man lite fundersam...
