I will definitely go back to this restaurant! The staff was kind and environment inside of the restaurant was clean. There is an option to sit outside during summers and miso soup available for the customers. The dish was delicious. I specifically loved the lightly grilled salmon sushi with roasted onions on top and chili mayo on the side to dip the sushi in.

We ordered three sushi rolls to go and all of them were pretty good and tasty! The restaurant itself wasnt that big, but they have many different rolls. I would like to try some nigiris next time. I am sure they will be pretty good as well. The owner looked a little but unpleasant somehow though,,
This is not a fancy sushi place. It's a neat tiny restaurant you visit because you're hungry and you crave something truly delicious. The bits are far from bite-sized. The generous slices of fish are fresh, juicy and tasty. The sweet-ish dressings go surprisingly well with the sushi. The rice is just right. Your meal comes beautifully served and very reasonably priced. You can help yourself to miso soup, green tea and water. I've been to Matsu Sushi more times than I can count and loved it every single time. They are just really great at making sushi.
