Very good quality furniture at honest prices. Everything that you could wish for your home. Experienced and very polite staff on hand to advise and guide you. Plus all speak very good English.

We were encourage to get a bed here because the better quality but they promised to deliver in about a month time and soon enough we got an sms that told us that they were going to take 20 more days to deliver. Now we are using an air mattress while we wait and they do not want to take the responsability. They say that the virus affected the times but the situation was the same when we placed the order. We are left with the feeling that they took us for fools.
Buy at stores and ask for home delivery. They delivered with incomplete and wrong parts. The customer service is not very helpful and take a very long time to respond.

Don’t buy expensive beds as Mio will not fulfill commitment of 10 years warranty. Be very careful their reclamation department has only one task.... that is to deny product fault. My bed springs have totally lost support and are broken, during assessment visit the reclamation staff confirmed the damage and confirmed that bed will be replaced and later their reclamation department denied. It’s worst company when it comes to honest reclamation service. I am taking case to ARN but obviously it will take long time to settle and in meanwhile I am stuck with broken bed. In brief just forget 10 years warranty mostly the bed has life of 3 to 4 years with careful decent usage.
The furniture was fine but the delivery was one of the worst experiences ever. They delayed the furniture 5 days, even if I had booked it one month in advance. The customer service was making mistakes, and I had to go to the store and call several times. I'll never order from MIO again. If you need big furniture, consider booking your own moving company.
Wow! I changed my review score from 5 stars to 1. The customer service when something eventually goes wrong with a purchase is horrible. I have never been accused of so much when in my case I clearly didn't have anything to do with the issue. A more empathetic approach to your customers would be much appreciated.
MIO is simply not able to delivered the orders completely, missing 8 screws so soffa is lying and waiting for the screws. For a bed that I ordered few months ago was waiting 2 months to receive undamaged headboard... Nice design, but service and their cooperants are disaster. This was the last item bought in MIO for me
