Big disappointment. Terrible customer service and product quality. To make an order I came to the boutique, I pointed model of roll-curtain that I want and in the end, they produced another model and say this is what you confirmed in the faktur. I asked to send me the cost of the roll-curtains installation service and I never received it. The quality of the production is terrible! I installed the roll-curtain and it did not work, I had to remove it and reinstall it 3 more times before it started working. As a result, the mechanism does not work regularly. One roll-curtain took 2 months!

We have gotten so much help and guidance from Susanne and all the small details were discussed and clarified, felt like we are in good hands. Simon was very nice and polite while installing curtains which made the experience seamless. The end result definitely exceeded our expectations!

Jag letade efter fina gardiner till vardagsrummet och frågade en inredningsarkitekt om hon kunde rekommendera någon. Resultatet blev verkligen jätte bra och det var smidigt att de monterade allt. Tips: åk till deras affär för att se alla sorters tyg de har och prata med personalen, de är kunniga.
