I bought a pair of gloves in the store and unfortunately, they didn't match my expectations after using them for three weeks. Of course, this can happen sometimes. Maybe, this exemplar had a fault. The service was really great and customer-friendly when I returned them.
Friendly staff and good equipment
While not the largest Naturkompaniet around (there's a similar one up the street and a larger one a bit further northwest), it's pretty well-stocked and the staff is helpful.
Good clothes, very expensive, due to the fact is Christmas time.
