Neue’s Playground is a hardware and software based platform for fashion. It’s a system where designers and technical directors quickly can prototype connected garment. Our micro electronics have built-in sensors and can connect to smart materials, printed lights and external sensors. With our phone and cloud based software, brands can quickly create applications on top of garments and accessories. We solve 3 main areas going from the design studio to production with fashion technology: Business model - how to make money, partnering up with companies like IBM Creation -how to do it, we have develop tools to design and create Production - scaling and production with our partner Flex Neue have created courses and workshops at universities like London college of fashion and Fashion Institute of technology in NYC to make sure fashion designers can use our tools. We are working with companies like IKEA to ensure our products are fit for scaling. Further more we are developing solutions for the retail part of Fashion with telecom operator Telia. Most of all we have been working with a lot of fashion brands. H&M, BACK, POC Sports and more, creating connected garments to fully understand and support the workflow in the studio.
