Their slogan is \The full service property house\, but you ask to install a dishwasher and they don't do it, you ask for a (paid) plumber to install your dishwasher and they don't give that service. The design of the house is at least weird (bushes planted in front of the main door so people jump over them to avoid waslk around them 10m, kitchen with two entrances to the same hall, a playground in front of the terrace but you need to leave the house from the opposite side of the building and walk around to go to the playground, or jump over the bushes, bushes just planted and not protected so people walk over them, pipes ready for German dishwashers so in Sweden you need adapters for the pipes, the pipes are in Sweden!!), you send suggestions and their customer service is like talking to the police when you are in jail, short sentences and most of the time not answering your question or providing any information, the booking of the laundry room is restricted to a certain per month and after making numbers if every neighbour use all of their bookings there is still time slots available that nobody would be able to use. And this is just in a month of living here...

Får konstant inbrott i vårat garage och källarföråd i hyreshuset vi bor och som newsec har hand om. Även fast fler grannar ring newsec och bett om att få kamror och något typ av brick system installerat så får vi bara svar att det inte går och att det är för dyrt.
